Eitan specializes in intellectual property law, particularly software, and advises on a full range of IT and technology matters, including all types of software licensing, supply of digital services, software development and software hosting and maintenance.
Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon (Partner, Olswang LLP) –
Katie helps technology, retail and ecommerce businesses grow, and founders to exit, by resolving the legal issues in buying, selling and investing in companies. She has experience working for all types of businesses from global leaders such as Vodafone to disruptive innovators like Net-a-porter.com.
